Take your litigation skills to the next level by using cutting edge focus group techniques as a tool for case planning while working side-by-side top attorneys in trial teams.

Serving practitioners with substantial trial experience, participants work in trial teams alongside experienced NITA trial lawyers/instructors who help participants identify the problems associated with a side of the case, find solutions to those problems from analysis of actual focus group data, and develop a plan of action for trial using this data.

You will design opening statements, witness examinations, and closing arguments then have your performances recorded and reviewed one-on-one with a faculty member and communication consultants.

Prerequisites: at least five years of litigation experience and participation in a Building Trial Skills course (exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis).

  • CLE Credit Comments: Estimated CLE credits: 36
