Get your nose out of your notes, look your jurors in the eye, and be what you've always wanted to be: an articulate advocate. Participants will work with a small group of other trial lawyers for two days of polishing your personal style.

Become more fluent on your feet, and push your persuasive skills to the next level. Using the learning-by-doing method, participants practice fast-based drill exercises while integrating cutting-edge discoveries in linguistics, neuroscience, and sports psychology that provide you with a competitive edge in the courtroom. No advance preparation required.

  • CLE Credit Comments: It is estimated that this program will provide 13 CLE Credits
