David Bernhart, who is an Assistant City Attorney with the Denver City Attorney's Office, Human Services Legal Section, Adult Services Unit, will be our guest speaker. Mr. Bernhart is experienced in the recognition of and prosecution of elder finacial fraud, and will be sharing that expertise through a discussion of growing trends in this specific type of fraud, and what families can do to prevent their loved ones from becoming victims.
