The goal of any piece of legal writing is to get the intended audience to form an opinion without having to do any additional research on their own. The writer must do all that work beforehand and effectively lay the information out in a clear, concise and compelling document.

This new legal writing program takes that notion and puts it into a 3-step process which gives participants the necessary tools to be effective, persuasive writers.

  • CLE Credit Comments: It is estimated that this program will provide 13 CLE Credits
