The Bench-Bar Retreat, Saturday, April 10, 8:30 a.m. to noon, at the Warwick Hotel, 1776 Grant St., will focus on various aspects of communication issues in the practice of law, including in the courtroom, in the office, in mediation, and with respect to technology-related issues.

In addition to two 50-minute presentations, there are two 50-minute roundtable sessions involving informal discussions among the judges and lawyers assigned to each table. Four general credits, including two ethics.
