Throughout the program you will work with a faculty made up of nationally recognized experts in children's issues including psychologists, social workers, and mediators while going through a series of learning-by-doing workshops covering:

•Opening statements/closing arguments

•Direct/cross examinations of fact, expert and child witnesses

•Impeachment

•Use of exhibits

•Preparing clients for mediation

•Evidentiary foundations

A portion of the program will also be dedicated to ethical matters when counseling child and adolescent clients.
