New Financial Affidavit

As of March 1, '06 the Sworn Financial Statement and Supporting Schedules (if applicable) replace the former "Financial Affidavit" as the universal financial disclosure form for use in domestic actions under C.R.C.P. 16.2. Courts will accept either form until Aug. 1. To get copies of the new forms go to the Colorado Judicial branch website.
