Employers Must Use New Tax Forms

Tax forms I-9 and W-4 have been revised and all employers must use the new forms. Federal law requires employers to verify that all new employees are eligible to work in the United States. Only this amended version of the Form I-9 will be accepted as valid after Dec. 26, 2007. Click here for more information. Click here for the new English version form.
