The National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges is trying to gather as many resources as possible regarding false allegations of child maltreatment or domestic violence.
Please read the full body request:
Hi All,
The National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges is creating "an annotated bibliography of articles relating to false allegations of child maltreatment or domestic violence particularly in the context of custody disputes."
They are looking specifically for material on rates of false allegations *outside* the context of child sexual abuse. I am guessing this is to serve as a resource to respond to the popular notion that women love to make false allegations of violence against themselves and their children so that they can "win" the divorce/cash in on big child support payments/get attention/punish men who don't like them back/demonstrate their womanly fury/scorn etc.
Please send me any cites that you know of on this issue including cites on false reports by men and women. We want an exhaustive list.
Best,
