Colorado state courts extend LexisNexis File & Serve contract

Colorado, which has the most successful statewide electronic filing initiative in the U.S., has signed a three-year contract extension for the use of LexisNexis® File & Serve, the e-filing system. In 2000, Colorado became the first state to adopt e-filing across the state and leads the nation in number of courts online, filings and service transactions.
