Tuesday, December 13, 2005

Walk a Mile is a national educational program that links policymakers with their low-income constituents to learn more about each other's lives, to gain a new perspective and to "walk a mile" in each other shoes. Our belief is that greater personal understanding between these two groups empowers governments and communities to find genuine solutions to the problems of poverty.
