Attorney, Denver Office, Colorado Legal Services

HOUSING ATTORNEY, Colorado Legal Services, Denver office Housing and Homelessness Prevention Unit, to represent low-income and vulnerable clients in civil cases involving the rights of tenants in the Denver metropolitan area.  Salary range, based on union salary scale and experience, begins at $44,125.  Benefits are excellent, including paid health and dental insurance, annual and health leave, employer-supported 403(b) savings plan, and paid holidays. Applicants must be able to handle fast moving, high volume litigation caseload.  Sensitivity to the legal needs of low-income individuals and minorities is prerequisite. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Colorado.
